Hi, I’m Braith Lamari, your personal trainer at Prometheus Fitness. I’m passionate about helping you reach your fitness goals—whether it’s your first time in a gym or you’re building on years of experience. Together, we’ll make every session count, tailored specifically to you and your goals.

I bring years of sporting experience and a loyal commitment to excellence that I wish to back through further studies in Sports Science and Exercise Physiology at James Cook University. My long-term vision is to transform Prometheus into an Exercise Physiology Clinic, supporting individuals facing challenges like physical disabilities, heart conditions, and movement impairments.

But this journey is about you, not just me. I’d love to learn about your goals and how I can help you achieve them. Let’s meet where it suits you—your home, gym or favorite coffee spot. And for the coffee…. Its on me!

FAQs

  • Growing up playing physically demanding sports at state level, personally, have years of experience in a training environment, especially with weights. After working with clients of a varied age range, from 15 to 55 I have experienced many different fitness, modivation and knowlage levels.

  • When completing my Cert III and IV in fitness, I had three clients that all achieved one of their goals in under 10 weeks. For example, one client aged 15 was set on increasing their benchpress to 80kg. After 5 weeks using their handmade strength focussed propgram, they hit 80kg for 2 reps.

  • If progress is slow to show, you need to be honest with yourself and I. Are you giving it your all? Are you sticking to a healthy eating plan? If the answer to both of these questions is yes, then it might be time to mix up your training plan. I am more than happy to go out of my way to accomidate for change.

  • If you wish to partake in the face to face PT Program, a membership is required, preferrably at Strand Fitness. However, our online programs can provide excersises for clients who wish to work out at home, or at a gym without a PT.
